SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

DUE TO NEW SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, PLEASE ALLOW 9-12 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES MAY INCREASE DURING HOLIDAYS AND OTHER PEAK SEASONS.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE ORDER WITH YOUR SHIPMENT'S TRACKING INFORMATION. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE DELIVERY OF THEIR SHIPMENT ONCE AN ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED. WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED.

HOW CAN I PAY ?

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards.

Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna.

All transactions are processed via Shopify Payments or PayPal and are encrypted for your safety.

All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you. We work closely with Verified by Visa MasterCard SecureCode to provide you with a safer shopping experience when using your card online.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

 

HOW TO RETURN

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of your returns and can pay for your returns label via our returns portal.

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. We also offer exchanges, you can request an exchange for a different size/colour of a product. *All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.

This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods. 

Returns must adhere to the following:

  • In original packaging
  • No signs of wash/wear
  • Tags must not be damaged or removed
  • No stains/hairs/odours
  • Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.
